HaveAByte is a web development firm specializing in custom application design and building using PHP, Perl, MySQL, and Windows servers.
We can take your idea, mock up a user interface design with you, build your application without any surprises, and integrate it into your current website and business procedures.
Day to day, we live and breath in Wordpress, Joomla, PHP, Eclipse (PDT), Windows 2008 server, IIS 7, MySQL with phpMyAdmin, MS SQL Server 2008, SharePoint Designer, Adobe Dreamweaver and Fireworks, and ActivePerl. We have also worked extensively with Magento and PrestaShop and provide ongoing support, consultation, customization, and minor design work in those systems.
HaveAByte also builds traditional websites to order using Wordpress and it's extensive plugins, Joomla, or HTML/CSS with PHP or Perl as needed. We're more than proficient with YooTheme and YooTools and the Yoo Warp framework. See our Portfolio for just a few examples.
The cost for our websites starts around $750 and goes up depending on what you need. Most projects can be quoted prior to any billable time, but depending on complexity, the planning and quoting stage may be merged and require some billable hours.

Content Updates
- Most website content will be arranged so that you can easily self-update.
- Additional content updates as needed at $75/hr. Billing is "by the minute" - if you need us for 5 minutes, you pay $6.25!
